It acquires a lock very fast, is reliable despite severe vibration and, using the Eagle Tree data logging software, creates extremely clear and useful charts. I have used this in model helicopters and airplanes to show every available criteria for testing new power systems. It has worked flawlessly every time. Then when the speedometer in my motorcycle failed i put the eagletree sensor in my backpack and mounted the wireless display on the dashboard beside the tachometer. As a result i could see gps speed.
